Individual Therapy in  Las Vegas

You’re the one everyone leans on. You handle the logistics, hold the emotional load, and keep everything running, so from the outside you look fine. On the inside, you feel scattered and tired, and you’re quietly sure you’re falling short at the things that matter most.

I’m Carly, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work with women who are tired of carrying it all alone. Many of my clients come in with anxiety, ADHD (including ADHD that went unrecognized for years), burnout, or a major life transition. Some can’t name what’s wrong. They only know they don’t feel like themselves anymore.

What I help with

Many of my clients are women with ADHD, anxiety, or burnout, and that’s where much of my work happens. I also work with adults facing depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and big life transitions like a move, a breakup, a new role, or a loss. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others only know that something feels off, and we figure out the rest together.

What therapy with me looks like

You’ll feel welcomed before you feel analyzed. I’m laid back and warm, and yes, we will probably laugh, but the room can hold the hard stuff too. I’ll go there with you, all the way down, and when I notice a pattern, I’ll name it plainly and kindly.

My approach is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based, and it draws on attachment theory, experiential practices, and a person-centered philosophy. You set the goals, and I bring the tools. We’ll build practical skills for the hard moments, and we’ll make room for the parts of you that got tucked away.

For many of my clients with ADHD, the biggest shift isn’t a new planner or system. It’s that they stop believing they’re the problem, and we find ways to help them work with their brain, not against it.

I don’t provide ADHD assessments, but if you’re wondering whether ADHD is part of your story, we can talk through what you’re noticing and what the next step might look like.

What to expect

We’ll start with a first session to talk about what’s going on and what you want from therapy. From there, we set goals together and decide on a pace that feels right. I offer sessions in person and by telehealth, so you can choose whichever fits your life.

Rates and insurance

My rate is $150 per session, and I accept insurance. You can find the details on my payment page.

Common questions

I look like I have it together. Is therapy really for me?

That’s exactly who I work with. Many of my clients are the dependable ones, and they’re tired of holding it all up while no one asks how they’re doing.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?
That happens for a few reasons. Sometimes the therapist wasn’t the right fit, sometimes the timing was off, and sometimes there were never clear goals to work toward. Whatever the reason, it’s worth talking about. I’ll ask what didn’t work, and we’ll build something different.

How do I get started?
Send me a message or book a consultation, and I’ll be in touch!
